
Hey hey hey!!
So I’ve gotten a few requests to post some of my schnazy healthy recipes that will help keep you fit and feeling good. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE my sweets, but I would look like a hippo if that’s all I ever ate! I have just as much fun in the kitchen making things that strengthen and fuel my body and you should too!!
So here are a couple of my recent jams that I have LOVED eating. Enjoy!!

Peaches and Pear NicecreamÂ
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen pears
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (I use vanilla or strawberry)
- water if you need it
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a vitamix or blender and enjoy this tasty treat that tastes just like ice cream!
Lean Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1tbs almond butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
Directions: Blend all ingredients into a vitamin or blender. Enjoy!!
Omelette in a bowl (using the Joseph Joseph Omelette Microwave bowl)
Ingredients:
- 3-4 eggs (or egg whites)
- your favorite veggies
Directions: Stir together all the veggies and eggs. Tilt bowl on it’s side so it lays flat. Microwave for 3 minutes and you have your perfect omelette!

I added the blueberries to make my eggs a little happier. 🙂

Add a little oatmeal and some tea and you’re set!
