PB&J was my favorite thing as a kid. I mean, if it wasn’t your favorite, were you even a kid? It’s such a bummer that jelly has so much sugar in it because I would just eat it by the spoonful.
This raspberry jelly is my jam. LOL. It’s made with 3 ingredients and it takes less than 5 minutes. I’m not lying. I think it took me less but I said 5 just to be modest. 😉 The 3 ingredients are….. *drum roll please* Raspberries (duh) chia seeds and maple syrup (preferably the kind that smiles at you). That’s IT!
I love slicing a banana up and layering it with Justin’s Almond Butter and this fun jelly. They make the perfect little poppers suitable for breakfast or a snack. If you have kiddos, they’ll love them!!
Happy Jamming!!
Raspberry Chia Seed Jelly
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 3 Tbs Chia seeds
- 1 Tbs Maple Syrup
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a vita mix or blender.
- Blend for about 5 seconds. Seriously, it’s no time at all. You don’t want the jelly to be too soupy.
- Pour into a jar or container and let it thicken up in the fridge overnight!
- Enjoy!
