At times I wish I wasn’t that girl who loves pumpkin spice lattes but, I am that girl who loves pumpkin spice lattes. And any fun, fall related drink for that matter. Which is why the week my “cozy fall drinks” video comes out, is one of my favorite weeks of the year.

This year’s line up is quite YUMMY if I do say so myself. We have a Salted Caramel Pumpkin Chai, Gingerbread Pumpkin Latte, Cranberry Spritzer mocktail, Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate and a Hot Vanilla. ARE YOU READY?! Enjoy!!

Salted Caramel Pumpkin Chai

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp ground Chai tea mix
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 6 Tbs maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • splash of vanilla
  • whip cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium heat until its hot but not boiling.
  2. Use a hand frother if desired to make it frothy!
  3. Pour the mixture into 4 mugs and top with whip cream! Enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 whole milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 oz white chocolate
  • whip cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin, spices and vanilla in a medium sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until simmering.
  2. Remove from heat and add white chocolate, stirring until melted and combined.
  3. Pour into mugs and top with whip cream. Enjoy!

Cranberry Spritzer Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chilled cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 4 cups ginger ale

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher combine cranberry juice and orange juice (you can add the ginger ale as well or you can add it when serving by filling half the cup with the punch and topping off the other half with ginger ale.)
  2. Pour into glasses and serve with ice (you can use frozen cranberries in replace of ice if you want!)
  3. enjoy!

Gingerbread Pumpkin Latte

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 Tbs pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 shots of espresso or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the espresso in a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until combined and just simmering.
  2. Pour espresso shots or coffee into a mug and top with gingerbread pumpkin milk. Enjoy!

Hot Vanilla

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Once almost simmering, remove from heat and pour into a mug.
  2. Top with whip cream and enjoy!
