Iced Brown Sugar Pumpkin Spice Shaken Espresso
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 Tbs Pumpkin Pie syrup (this is the one I used)
- 2 shots of espresso (or 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee)
- ice
- 1 cup milk, divided
Directions:
- Pull 2 shots of espresso and pour into cocktail shaker or jar.
- Add the brown sugar, pumpkin pie syrup ice and a splash of milk.
- Put lid on and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
- Pour over a cup of ice and top with remaining milk.
- Enjoy!
