Iced Brown Sugar Pumpkin Spice Shaken Espresso

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs Pumpkin Pie syrup (this is the one I used)
  • 2 shots of espresso (or 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee)
  • ice
  • 1 cup milk, divided

Directions:

  1. Pull 2 shots of espresso and pour into cocktail shaker or jar.
  2. Add the brown sugar, pumpkin pie syrup ice and a splash of milk.
  3. Put lid on and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
  4. Pour over a cup of ice and top with remaining milk.
  5. Enjoy!

* To make dairy free, swap out milk for Almond, coconut, or oat milk. Have fun with it and add a caramel drizzle or whip cream on top!
