Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbs peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, cocoa nibs for topping

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Drizzle your cup with chocolate sauce if desired and pour your smoothie into your cup.
  3. Top with cocoa nibs or granola if desired and a Reeses pumpkin peanut butter cup!
