Cake Batter Edible Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbs white sugar
- 2/3 cup funfetti cake mix, heat treated
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 Tbs milk
- 1 Tbs rainbow sprinkles
Directions:
- Heat treat your cake mix by microwaving it in a shallow dish for about 10-20 seconds.
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add cake mix, salt and vanilla and mix to combine.
- Add milk 1 Tbs at a time until desired consistency is reached.
