Cookies and Cream Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs white sugar
  • 2/3 cup flour, heat treated
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbs milk
  • 2 Crushed Oreos

Directions:

  1. Heat treat your flour by microwaving it in a shallow dish for about 10-20 seconds.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour, salt and vanilla and mix to combine.
  4. Add milk 1 Tbs at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreos with a spatula.
  6. Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks. ENJOY!!
