There’s nothing that feels more like fall than biting into a warm, sugar-dusted apple cider donut. These baked donuts capture all the cozy orchard vibes without the deep fryer — just tender, cake-like donuts infused with spiced apple cider and finished with a generous coating of cinnamon sugar. Perfect alongside a mug of coffee or hot apple cider, they’re an easy way to bring seasonal bakery flavors right into your own kitchen.
What makes these donuts extra special is the reduced apple cider in the batter, which concentrates that crisp apple flavor and pairs beautifully with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Since they’re baked in a donut pan, they come together quickly and feel a little lighter than traditional fried donuts, but still deliver all the fall comfort you’re craving.
