There’s just something about a cold glass of strawberry lemonade that instantly takes me back to being a kid—specifically sitting in a booth at Red Robin, ordering my favorite drink like it was the most special treat in the world. That sweet-tart combo of fresh strawberries and lemon has always been the ultimate summer flavor to me. So naturally, creating a homemade strawberry lemonade spritzer felt like bringing a little bit of that nostalgia into a more elevated, grown-up version I can enjoy (and serve!) all season long.
This homemade Strawberry Lemonade Spritzer is everything you want in a refreshing summer drink: bright, fruity, perfectly balanced, and made with real, simple ingredients. No artificial syrups, no neon-colored mixes—just fresh strawberries, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a touch of natural sweetness. It’s the kind of drink that tastes as good as it looks, and trust me, it’s a showstopper when you’re hosting.

What really sets this recipe apart is the bubbly twist. Instead of using still water, we’re adding sparkling water to create a light, effervescent strawberry lemonade that feels a little extra special. It transforms a classic into something that feels perfect for summer entertaining—whether you’re hosting a brunch, a backyard BBQ, or just want a refreshing afternoon drink on the patio.
If you’re looking for an easy homemade summer drink that’s fresh, beautiful, and crowd-pleasing, this strawberry lemonade spritzer is it. It’s naturally sweet, perfectly fizzy, and packed with real strawberry flavor—basically sunshine in a glass. Once you try it this way, you may never go back to the store-bought version again. Enjoy!
