I’ve made smoothie bowls in a plethora of different blenders but I bet ya didn’t know you can make them in a food processor!
I know some people don’t have high speed blenders, so today I wanted to give you a tutorial and a few yummy recipes for smoothie bowls you can make in a food processor. Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
2 Cups frozen berries
Splash of almond milk (or milk of choice)
Pulse the mixture to get it started and then start it on low. After 30 seconds, change the speed to high and blend until smooth! You may have to stop and scrap down the sides. Transfer smoothie bowl base into your favorite bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings!
Green Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Frozen Mango
2 Cups Spinach
2oz avocado (about half of a small one)
1 Tbs almond butter
splash of almond milk or milk of choice
Pulse the mixture to get it started and then start it on low. After 30 seconds, change the speed to high and blend until smooth! You may have to stop and scrap down the sides. Transfer smoothie bowl base into your favorite bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings!
Mangoooo Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
2 Cups Frozen Mango
Splash of almond milk or milk of choice if it’s hard to blend
Pulse the mixture to get it started and then start it on low. After 30 seconds, change the speed to high and blend until smooth! You may have to stop and scrap down the sides. Transfer smoothie bowl base into your favorite bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings!
