Hope you’re having the happiest day. Today I’m BEYOND THRILLED to share with you the next smoothie bowl in our “Ice cream inspired” smoothie bowl series… *drumroll plz* THE COOKIE DOUGH SMOOTHIE BOWL!!!!!
r u joking?! no. I am not joking. This is not a drill. THIS IS HAPPENING PEOPLE!!! Get ready for the yummiest smoothie bowl of your life (in my opinion)
As much as I’m a firm believer in indulging in the real deal if you’re craving it, sometimes you just want something close to the same thing but a little more nutritious and balanced. (See I’m careful to not say “healthy” or “good” or “better” because they’re not. Food has no moral value. It’s just different stuff that offer different things. Sometimes real ice cream offers a gut ache and this recipe offers protein and power 🙂

Cookie Dough Smoothie BowlÂ
Ingredients:Â
- 1/4 coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use 310nutrition use “ntnomad” for a discount)
- 1 Tbs Peanut Powder (I use 310nutrition use “ntnomad” for a discount)
Toppings:Â
- chocolate syrup
- mini cookies (I used High Key snacks)
- chocolate peanut butter protein ball (should I post the recipe?!)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Transfer to a bowl (I use coconut bowls you can use “nicolethenomad10” for a discount!)
- Top with all you favorite toppings
- Take a pic, post it on IG and tag me so I can hype you up
- NOSE DIVE
