Hello nuggets!! I’m so excited to share this smoothie bowl recipe with you, it’s one of my new faves and PERFECT for these hot summer days! It was inspired by my favorite childhood drink, the strawberry kiwi capri sun. 🙂

One bite of this will make you feel like you’re in Hawaii with your feet in the ocean! I hope you love it as much as I do!! (If you do, follow me on Instagram and tag me in your picture so I can see your beautiful creation!)

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 Strawberry Kiwi Capri Sun
  • 1 frozen kiwi (peeled)
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower (optional, but makes your smoothie bowl thicker and adds nutrients!)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use 310 nutrition, use ntnomad for a discount!)

Toppings:

  • Half of a kiwi
  • chopped strawberries
  • blueberries
  • whatever else you want!

Directions: 

  1. Blend all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Transfer to a bowl  (I use coconut bowls, use nicolethenomad10 for a discount!)
  3. Top with your favorite toppings
