There’s nothing better than that first sip of coffee first thing in the morning. As the weather warms up, it’s that time of year to bring back my iced coffee series and these recipes are to die for. I hope you enjoy my 5 coffee iced coffee recipes that you can make at home!
Iced Honey Cinnamon Latte
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 shots espresso or 1/4 cup of strongly brewed coffee
- 3/4 cup of milk of choice
- Ice
Directions:
Pour honey and cinnamon into the bottom of your glass. Next, add espresso or coffee and blend using a milk frother until light and fluffy. Lastly, add ice, and pour milk to the rim, add a straw and enjoy!
Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew
- 1 cup cold brew of any kind
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbs salted caramel syrup
- 1/2 Tbs vanilla syrup
- sea salt or flakey salt
- caramel for drizzle topping
Directions:
In a small bowl or dish combine heavy whipping cream with salted caramel syrup. Using a milk frother, whip this until thick and fluffy in your glass add vanilla syrup and cold brew. Add ice. Pour cold foam on top of the cold brew, drizzle with caramel if desired and top with flakey salt. Enjoy!
Iced White Chocolate Mocha
- 2 shots espresso or 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 2 Tbs White chocolate mocha syrup
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- Ice
Directions:
In a jar or glass add white chocolate mocha syrup and milk. Using a milk frother, and whip until light and fluffy. Pour espresso or coffee into your glass of choice and add ice. Pour milk over the coffee and stir. Enjoy!
Greek Frappe
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp hot water
- 3 oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup cold water
- ice
Directions: In a jar or glass combine instant coffee, water and sugar. Whip using a milk frother until thick and fluffy. Add ice. Pour water over the ice and coffee, and top with evaporated milk and stir. Enjoy!
Iced Oreo Latte
Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso or 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 whole oreos
- 4 oreo centers
Directions:
Pour espresso over two oreos and let sit so the oreos can dissolve. Stir. Pass the coffee mixture through a strainer to remove any solid bits. In a small pan over low heat, combine Oreo centers and milk and heat just until the centers melt/dissolve into the milk. Do not boil! Remove and let cool. Combine the coffee mixture with the milk mixture over ice. Add whip cream and an extra oreo if you want and enjoy!
