Spring time, calls for new smoothie recipes! Spring is by far one of my favorite seasons, because I love to watch all the flowers, and trees blossom. These smoothie recipes are bright and colorful and perfect for the spring season. Enjoy!

Strawberry Orange Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 orange (of any kind) peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth! Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy! Don’t forget to snap a picture, and tag me, so I can hype you up!

Pineapple Mango Smoothie 

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Directions: 

Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth! Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy! Don’t forget to snap a picture, and tag me so I can hype you up!

Peachy Greens Smoothie 

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen or fresh peaches
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen avocado
  • 1/3 cup green grapes
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • splash of vanilla

Directions: 

Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blender until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy. Don’t forget to snap a picture, and tag me so I can hype you up!
