
Spring time, calls for new smoothie recipes! Spring is by far one of my favorite seasons, because I love to watch all the flowers, and trees blossom. These smoothie recipes are bright and colorful and perfect for the spring season. Enjoy!
Strawberry Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 orange (of any kind) peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth! Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy! Don’t forget to snap a picture, and tag me, so I can hype you up!
Pineapple Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Peachy Greens Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen or fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen avocado
- 1/3 cup green grapes
- handful of spinach
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- splash of vanilla
Directions:
