To be honest, ever since I made my first protein ice cream in the Ninja Creami I’ve been looking forward to Christmas so I could make holiday recipes and TODAY IS THE DAY.
Today I’m giving you 4 delicious holiday protein ice cream recipes – egg nog, sugar cookie, gingerbread and peppermint mocha. Try them and let me know which one is your favorite!
Egg Nog Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 7oz fairlife whole milk
- 7oz eggnog
- 1 Tbs sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle and shake vigorously to mix well.
- Pour into a creami pint to the max fill line and freeze for 24 hours
- The next day, process the pint in the creami machine using the “lite ice cream” setting and enjoy!
- If consistency is too powdery after first spin, add a splash of milk and send it through one more time using the “respin” button.
Sugar Cookie Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 14oz fairlife whole milk
- 1 Tbs sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 scoop cake batter protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Sprinkles (for mix in)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except sprinkles in a shaker bottle and shake vigorously to mix well.
- Pour into a creami pint to the max fill line and freeze for 24 hours
- The next day, process the pint in the creami machine using the “lite ice cream” setting.
- Make a well in the middle and add sprinkles and process one more time using the “mix-in” setting. Enjoy!
Gingerbread Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 14oz fairlife whole milk
- 1 Tbs sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ Tbs molasses
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ÂĽ tsp nutmeg
- Splash of vanilla
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle and shake vigorously to mix well.
- Pour into a creami pint to the max fill line and freeze for 24 hours
- The next day, process the pint in the creami machine using the “lite ice cream” setting and enjoy!

Peppermint Mocha Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 14oz fairlife chocolate milk
- 1 Tbs sugar free chocolate pudding mix
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 Tbs espresso powder or instant coffee
- ÂĽ tsp peppermint extract
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle and shake vigorously to mix well.
- Pour into a creami pint to the max fill line and freeze for 24 hours
- The next day, process the pint in the creami machine using the “lite ice cream” setting and enjoy!
