When the weather starts to warm up, my brain starts thinking about one thing. Smoothie Bowl season. Lately I’ve been loving using my smaller blender cups with my Ninja Nutri Duo blender to swirl two different colors together – maybe because I can’t decide on a flavor or maybe its just because I like the way two colors look in a smoothie bowl, but either way, multi-colored smoothie bowls have been my thing and the one I’m showing you how to make is GORGEOUS.

This pink and blue bowl is perfect for spring although the more I look at it, the more it’s giving me gender reveal vibes. I was going for cotton candy. Yes, we’ll go with cotton candy. haha!! Let me know if you try it and tag me in your pic so I can see!! Enjoy!

Cotton Candy Smoothie Bowl

Blue part

  • splash of almond milk
  • 3 frozen cocnut cream cubes or 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp blue spirulina

Pink Part

  • splash of almond milk
  • 2 frozen coconut cream cubes or 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pitaya, passion fruit and mango blend (or 1/4 cup frozen pineapple and 1/4 cup frozen mango)

Blend each color together separately in a high speed blender until smooth. Transfer to your nomad bowl putting one color in one half of the both and the other in the other half. Swirl the colors together with a spoon (get one of my brass palm spoons now HERE!) and top with your favorite ingredients! Take a picture and tag me on social media so I can see! Enjoy!!
