Antioxidant Trail Mix
Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw almonds (you can use salted if you prefer)
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup salted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or your favorite chocolate candy – m&ms, chocolate covered espresso beans, almonds etc)
- 1 cup toasted coconut chips
- 1 cup banana chips
Directions:
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined.
- Store in an airtight container or pack in small individual containers for an easy grab and go snack! Enjoy!
