Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • pinch of salt
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a medium bowl until you reach a cookie dough like consistency.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop out bite sized portions and roll into balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week and enjoy!
