Cream Layer
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese

- ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Cookie Layer
- 1–2 packages gingerbread cookies or gingersnaps
Coffee Dip
- 1 cup strong coffee or cold brew
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or molasses

- Whip the Cream
