I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

Cookie butter and eggnog walked into a latte and created the most unexpectedly perfect holiday drink combination I have ever stumbled on. If you are someone who loves eggnog but wants your morning coffee to feel a little more interesting than just pouring it into your cup, this cookie butter eggnog latte is about to become your December non-negotiable. Five ingredients, five minutes, and a drink that tastes like the holidays in the most warm, spiced, caramelized way imaginable.

The cookie butter is the detail that makes this latte completely different from any other eggnog coffee drink you have ever had. A tablespoon melted in the bottom of your mug, two shots of espresso poured right over and stirred together until it forms this glossy, caramelized, Biscoff flavored espresso base that is so good on its own you will want to stop there. But then the eggnog and milk get frothed together and poured on top and it becomes something else entirely. Creamy, rich, warmly spiced from the eggnog and that signature cookie butter flavor woven through every single sip.

The eggnog and milk split is the move for keeping this latte balanced and not too heavy. Full eggnog alone is thick and very sweet and can overpower the espresso completely. Half eggnog and half milk gives you all that classic holiday eggnog flavor with just enough lightness that the cookie butter and espresso can still do their thing. Froth them together until foamy and pour slowly over your espresso base for those beautiful layers that make this look as good as it tastes.

A dusting of cinnamon on top is the finishing touch that ties everything together and makes this look like something from a really good coffee shop. This cookie butter eggnog latte is the holiday drink for eggnog lovers, Biscoff lovers, and anyone who wants their December morning coffee to feel like a little celebration. Make it once and I promise it goes in the rotation immediately.
