This is the flavor I’ve been most excited to share because the combination of pineapple and mango is just so good — bright, tropical, a little bold, and exactly what summer should taste like. Pineapple and mango are both naturally rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and enzymes that are great for digestion, so this one is pulling double duty in the wellness department without trying hard at all. The lime juice sharpens everything up and keeps it from tasting like straight fruit punch — it adds that citrusy brightness that makes the whole drink feel fresh instead of heavy. Pineapple Mango Electrolyte Drink

A tropical homemade electrolyte drink made with fresh pineapple, mango, lime juice, coconut water, and a pinch of sea salt. Bright, golden, and packed with real electrolytes — ready in five minutes and the most vacation-worthy thing you'll drink all summer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 cup mango, chopped (about one mango)
  • juice of ½ a lime
  • 1½-2 cups coconut water
  • tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer and serve immediately over ice.
  • Enjoy!
