I’ve cut way back on my dairy consumption over the last month per the recommendation of our pediatrician to see if it would help our daughter’s skin clear up. Not the greatest suggestion for someone whose favorite food is ice cream. I thought I wasn’t gonna make it yall.
But since cutting it out I have found a few dairy free options I LOVE and I was determined to find ice cream alternatives to hold me over for the time being. Since we all loveeee the Ninja Creami, I came up with a few dairy free flavors that are seriously so good. Whether you’re lactose-intolerant, vegan, or simply looking to cut back on dairy, this recipe is a game-changer for dessert lovers.
It’s all about the perfect pairing of velvety chocolate and nutty peanut butter. Together, they create a luscious flavor that rivals traditional ice cream. Plus, the Ninja Creami ensures the texture is spot-on—smooth, creamy, and oh-so-satisfying. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a pint of homemade ice cream that feels like a decadent treat but is surprisingly easy to make.
It’s not just dairy-free; it’s also customizable! Want to add a little crunch? Toss in some chopped peanuts or dairy-free chocolate chips. Prefer a swirl? Add a ribbon of peanut butter or chocolate syrup. The possibilities are endless, and the result is always delicious.
