Pumpkin Pie Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 10oz whole milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 Tbs vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the mix-ins into a shaker bottle and shake vigorously until combined.
