I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

Pumpkin pie season and Ninja Creami season overlap perfectly and this pumpkin pie protein ice cream is proof of that. Real pumpkin puree, warm fall spices, a swirl of cookie butter, and pumpkin spice protein powder all shaken together and spun into the creamiest, most cozy fall ice cream that tastes exactly like a slice of pumpkin pie in frozen form. It is the Ninja Creami recipe I look forward to making every single October and it is genuinely one of the best seasonal flavors I have made in this machine.

Eight ingredients, five minutes of actual work, and a night in the freezer is all that stands between you and a pint of pumpkin pie ice cream packed with protein. The shaker bottle is your best friend here — throw everything in, shake it vigorously until completely combined and smooth, pour it into your pint, and freeze for twenty four hours. No blender, no cooking, no mess. The vanilla pudding mix is in every single one of my Creami recipes for a reason — it gives you that thick, smooth, perfectly scoopable texture that makes this taste like real ice cream instead of a frozen protein shake.

The cookie butter swirl is the detail that takes this from a great pumpkin ice cream to something that tastes like a complete dessert experience. That Biscoff flavor running through the pumpkin spice base is so cozy and so specific and it works in a way that genuinely surprised me the first time I made it. Process on CreamiFit for the most nourishing version or Lite Ice Cream if you want it slightly creamier, then add two crushed Biscoff cookies as a mix-in and re-spin. Every single bite after that has a little crunch and a little extra cookie butter flavor that makes it completely irresistible.

Top it with a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzle of almond butter, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, or just eat it straight from the pint standing over the freezer because honestly that is a completely valid way to enjoy this. It is nourishing, satisfying, and tastes like the most indulgent fall treat. Pumpkin spice season only lasts so long — make this one while it is still here.
