Sugar Cookie Truffles
Ingredients:
- 1 package store bought sugar cookie dough (the safe to eat raw kind) or 1 box lofthouse sugar cookies
- 4oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 bag of white chocolate melting wafers
- Holiday sprinkles
Directions:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, combine the sugar cookie dough (or sugar cookies) with cream cheese and vanilla and mix until combined and doughy.
- Form into 1 Tbs balls and freeze for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate wafers in a tall glass in 20 second intervals in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in the white chocolate until coated and place on a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
- Immediately top with sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
