Joyful in my Jo+Jax

I think you all know by now I LOVE getting mail & this week I got an especially exciting package from one of my favorite dancewear companies, Jo+Jax. 

I was introduced to Jo+Jax back in my teeny bopper dance competition days when I happened to stumble upon their sports bras and shorts at a convention I was attending. The second I tried on their classic crop top, I was in love. Not only was it so comfy & super cute to dance in, the design was so unique and made me stand out amongst the other dancers in the ballroom.

Fun Fact: I actually got to meet Joey Dowling (she was my girl crush) and take class from her when she taught at the NYCDA summer dance intensive I went to in NYC when I was a little baby freshman in high school!

I’m so excited to be partnering with them to show you some of their current dance wear. I’m wearing the Nova top and Jetway Leggings.

I put on the leggings for the first time and never wanted to take them off. These are the most comfortable pair of leggings I have ever worn, I think in my entire life. I typically don’t like to wear full length yoga pants because homegirl has LONG legs and I can never find ones that fit me right. If they are long enough for me, I always find that they fall off my hips and I’m constantly pulling them up. Not fun.

These pants have great support, are the perfect length and STAY ON!

I secretly have always wanted a pair of lulu lemon yoga pants, but I cannot justify spending $98 for something to go exercise in at this point in my life. Luckily, these pants are just as cute, just as great quality and you save $34! Super comfy, super cute, and definitely make a statement. 10/10 from me.

One of my favorite things about Jo+Jax is their tops have the COOLEST designs I’ve never seen anywhere else. I mean check out this back! Isn’t that fun?! It’s kind of fun to be different and not wear the same thing as every other girl at the gym or dance studio. That’s when I got to my Jo+Jax, because it’s sure to be different than any one else.

This Nova Top is supportive, soft, & just as comfy as the pants.

I’ll be dancing & hitting the gym a lot more this semester as I prepare for my next competition and I’m so excited to sport this adorable outfit when I go.
