Cake Batter Edible Cookie Dough
Cake batter edible cookie dough made with softened butter, brown sugar, white sugar, heat treated funfetti cake mix, vanilla, milk, and rainbow sprinkles. No eggs, no raw flour, completely safe to eat straight from the bowl. Ready in five minutes, keeps in the fridge for two weeks, and tastes exactly like birthday cake batter in cookie dough form.

- ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbs white sugar
- ⅔ cup funfetti cake mix heat treated
- pinch of salt
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1-2 Tbs milk
- 1 Tbs rainbow sprinkles
Heat treat your cake mix by microwaving it in a shallow dish for about 10-20 seconds.
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
Add cake mix, salt and vanilla and mix to combine.
Add milk 1 Tbs at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Fold in rainbow sprinkles with a spatula.
Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks. ENJOY!!
