Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • ¼ cup bacon bits, plus more for topping
  • 2 tbs chopped green onions
  • Potato Chips for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375℉.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream and whip with a hand mixer (or stand mixer) until smooth and combined.
  • Add ranch seasoning, bacon bits and ½ cup cheese and stir to combine.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture into a small baking or casserole dish and smooth.
  • Sprinkle with ¼ more cheese (this doesnt have to be exact, just sprinkle how ever much you want on top!)
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes until it's warm and gooey. If you want the cheese on top to be a little toasty, do the last few minutes on broil.
  • Top with more bacon bits and chopped green onions directly out of the oven and serve immediately with potato chips. Enjoy!
