Pumpkin Spice Donuts with Maple Glaze

Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp melted butter or neutral oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Maple Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbs Maple Syrup
- 1 - 2 tsp milk just enough to thin
Preheat oven to 350°F, grease donut pan.
Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
Stir together until just combined.
Fill pan ⅔ full and bake 9–11 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before glazing.
Stir together the ingredients for the glaze in a medium bowl.
Dip each donut in the glaze and ENJOY!
