Strawberry Basil Spritzer
A strawberry basil spritzer made by muddling fresh strawberries, basil leaves, lemon juice, and honey together until the juices release and the basil blooms, then pouring into a glass over ice and topping with sparkling water. Six ingredients, five minutes, and the most beautiful and refreshing mocktail for summer entertaining, brunch spreads, and sunny afternoon sipping.
Ingredients
- 3-4 Strawberries
- 3-4 Basil Leaves
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Honey
- Sparkling water
Garnish:
- strawberries basil
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or bowl meddle together the strawberries, basil leaves and honey to release the juices.
- Pour into the bottom of a glass and add ice.
- Finish with sparkling water and garnish with strawberries and basil.
- Enjoy!
