Watermelon Lime Electrolyte Drink
A refreshing homemade electrolyte drink made with fresh watermelon, coconut water, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Naturally sweet, hydrating, and packed with real electrolytes — ready in five minutes and way better than anything from a bottle.
- 2 cups watermelon, chopped
- juice of ½ a lime
- 1 cup coconut water
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer if desired.
Pour over ice and enjoy immediately.
