Happy Friday! In today’s YouTube video I’m giving you all the tips and secrets on how I decorate my smoothie bowls and make them so pretty. The best thing about making smoothie bowls is there are no rules and you can add whatever you want!!
Every bowl I make is it’s own unique creation and I love experimenting with my favorite toppings and things you normally wouldn’t think to use as toppings. Like I said in the video, all the recipes for the smoothie bases I used are listed below so you can follow along and make your own masterpiece. Get creative!
Smoothie Bowl Topping Ideas:
- Granola
- Nut butter
- Coconut shreds
- Bee Pollen
- Hemp Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Goji Berries
- Any kind of berry
- Honey
- Chia seeds
- Yogurt
- Chocolate chunks

Green Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- half of an avocado (or ½ cup frozen, diced avocados)
- 1 Tbs. almond butter
- 1 Tbs. of chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk or water
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until mixed completely!
Purple Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 pack frozen acai
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- splash of almond milk (or however much you need to blend)
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until mixed completely!
Blue Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 pack frozen acai
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1-2 tsp blue spirulina powder (start with 1tsp and see how blue it gets!)
- Splash of almond milk (or however much you need to blend)
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until mixed completely!
