3 Healthy Juice Recipes

I just got a new juicer and I LOVE it!!!! I’ve always been intimidated by juicers; I thought they were so big and had too many parts to clean and it would be too much work for just one glass of juice but this TEC Masticating Juicer is so small, light weight and only takes a few minutes to clean!

Get ready for a tong of juice recipes coming your way, but for now, here are my top 3 current, faves! (Juice is best when made fresh but can be kept in the fridge up to 4-5 days!)

Green Machine

Ingredients: 
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1 inch chunk of ginger
Starting with the softest ingredients, press all ingredients through the juice bowl of the juicer using the tamper stick to press everything down. Make sure you cut bigger pieces into about 1 inch pieces for best juicing!

Orange Crush

Ingredients: 

  • 5 carrot sticks
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1 inch chunk of ginger
Starting with the softest ingredients, press all ingredients through the juice bowl of the juicer using the tamper stick to press everything down. Make sure you cut bigger pieces into about 1 inch pieces for best juicing!

Un-Beet-able

Ingredients: 

  • 1 red beet
  • 1 cup strawberries, stemmed and chopped
  • 1 cups blueberries
Starting with the softest ingredients, press all ingredients through the juice bowl of the juicer using the tamper stick to press everything down. Make sure you cut bigger pieces into about 1 inch pieces for best juicing!
