It’s summer and I can’t think of a better way to bring out the sunshine and get in the spirit than a Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie Bowl.
This smoothie bowl is so refreshing, simple and so so cute. I meant to get canned coconut cream to make frozen coconut cubes but accidentally got canned Cream of Coconut (apparently there’s a difference lol) BUT the cream of coconut was actually really good. So I’m gonna leave it up to you to do whatever your heart desires/whatever is most convenient.
Let me know what you think and how you like it!
