I LOVE the firecracker popsicles. They instantly make me feel like it’s summer time and take me back to my childhood running around in the sprinklers and swimming all day long. I wanted to combine the fruity and tart flavors of this beloved snack into a smoothie bowl and I think you’re going to love it. This is definitely more of a tart smoothie bowl but its SUPER refreshing and perfect for summer.

Firecracker Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Red Part:

  • splash of almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/4 frozen lemon (peeled)
  • 4 drops of kool aid liquid fruit punch

Blue Part:

  • splash of almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen lemon (peeled)
  • 3 frozen coconut cream cubes
  • 1/4 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1/2 blue raspberry lemonade drink mix powder (I found these at Target!)

Directions: 

  1. Blend each color separately in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer your smoothies to a bowl with the red on one side and the blue on the other and then use your spoon to swirl them together.
  3. Top with your favorite ingredients (I used strawberries, blueberries and coconut shreds)
  4. Take a picture and tag me on social media so I can hype you up!
  5. ENJOY!!
