I LOVE the firecracker popsicles. They instantly make me feel like it’s summer time and take me back to my childhood running around in the sprinklers and swimming all day long. I wanted to combine the fruity and tart flavors of this beloved snack into a smoothie bowl and I think you’re going to love it. This is definitely more of a tart smoothie bowl but its SUPER refreshing and perfect for summer.

Firecracker Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
Red Part:
- splash of almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1/4 frozen lemon (peeled)
- 4 drops of kool aid liquid fruit punch
Blue Part:
- splash of almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 frozen lemon (peeled)
- 3 frozen coconut cream cubes
- 1/4 tsp blue spirulina
- 1/2 blue raspberry lemonade drink mix powder (I found these at Target!)
Directions:
- Blend each color separately in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Transfer your smoothies to a bowl with the red on one side and the blue on the other and then use your spoon to swirl them together.
- Top with your favorite ingredients (I used strawberries, blueberries and coconut shreds)
