It’s my favorite time of year for baking and today I’m showing you how to make 4 snack recipes that are easy and delicious to make at home. Let me know if you try any of them and which one is your favorite!

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients: 
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 Tbs toffee bits
  • Apples for serving
Directions:
  1. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice in a bowl and beat until smooth.
  2. Move mixture into a shallow dish.
  3. Top the mixture with caramel sauce and toffee bits, make sure you cover the whole layer.
  4. Serve chilled with sliced apples.

Scarecrow Snack Mix

Ingredients: 
  • 6 cups caramel corn with nuts
  • 2 cups Cinnamon Life
  • 2 cups pretzel twists
  • 1/2 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup candy pumpkins
  • 1/2 reese’s pieces
  • 1/2 mini Rolos
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Stir gently until the ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. ENJOY!

Apple Crisp for One

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped honey crisp apple
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • FOR THE CRUMBLE
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • PInch of salt
Directions:
  1. Toss the apples in brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until coated.
  2. In a seperate bowl, combine ingredients for the crumble and use your hands to press the butter into the flour until you have a lumpy crumbly mixture.
  3. Add more butter if your mixture is too dry.
  4. Pour apples into a shallow ramekin and top with apple crumble.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels

Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup cinnamon sugar
  • 1 bag mini pretzels
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted and colored if desired
  • Extra cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
Directions:
  1. Mix the oil and cinnamon sugar together and toss in pretzels.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 min stirring every 30 seconds until oil is absorbed.
  3. Lay out on cookie sheet and sprinkle on more cinnamon sugar.
  4. Set aside to air dry completely and drizzle with white chocolate.
  5. Let air dry once more and eat!
