4 Summer Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream Recipes

With summer quickly approaching I can’t help but think of ice cream. Naturally lol. So today we are breaking out the Ninja Creami again with 4 BRAND NEW recipes that are going to get you through the summer!! I’ve been obsessed with essentially making a protein shake and seeing it magically turn into ice cream in this machine so today we are making 1 sorbet recipe and 3 protein ice cream recipes.

Each of these are so simple and easy to make and are the perfect treat to end your day. Meal prep these ahead of time so you have all your pints ready to go throughout the week and just pop them in your Creami when you want a protein packed treat.

Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango (up to the max fill line)
  • Milk

Directions:

  1. Fill your creami pint to the max fill line with frozen mango.
  2. Pour milk over the mango until it reaches the max fill line.
  3. Place the lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  4. Process on the “Sorbet” setting on your Ninja Creami.
  5. Enjoy!

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • splash of water
  • 1 Tbs cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs sugar free vanilla (or cheesecake) pudding mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry or cheesecake protein powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 sheet graham cracker (for mix-in)

Directions:

  1. In a tall cup, add 1/2 cup fresh strawberries and a splash of water.
  2. Using an immersion blender, blend the strawberries until you have a puree. (You can also use a regular blender for this)
  3. Add cream cheese, pudding mix and protein powder to the mix and then fill cup the cup the rest of the way with milk. (About 1 cup)
  4. Blend all of this together until smooth.
  5. Pout into your creami pint and drop in 1/3 cup frozen strawberries, about 5.
  6. Place lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  7. Process on “Lite Ice Cream” setting on your Creami.
  8. Create a well in the ice cream and add a crushed graham cracker sheet and a splash of milk if it looks too powdery.
  9. Process again on “mix-in”.
  10. Enjoy!

Orange Creamsicle Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a protein shaker bottle and shake until smooth.
  2. Pour into a Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Process on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting on your Creami and ENJOY!

Chocolate Oreo Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 10oz Fairlife chocolate milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbs sugar free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 Tbs cocoa powder (if you want it really chocolatey)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a protein shaker bottle and shake until smooth.
  2. Pour into a Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Process on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting on your Creami.
  4. Make a well in the center of your ice cream and add 2 crushed Oreos.
  5. Process again on “mix-in”
  6. Add more crushed Oreos to the top and ENJOY!
