With football season right around the corner now’s the time to start thinking about quick snacks you can whip up and this High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser. This twist on classic buffalo chicken dip packs in more protein thanks to greek yogurt and still delivers on creaminess so you can feel good about your snacking. Whether you’re hosting or looking for a yummy snack to bring to a party, this dip is the one everyone will be coming back for. High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

✨ Yield: 4 servings

⏱️ Prep time: 15 min | Total time: 20 min


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbs hot sauce (up to 1/4 cup depending on your preference)
  • 1 Tbs green onions, chopped

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl combine chicken, greek yogurt and hot sauce. (you can add more or less hot sauce to your liking)
  2. Serve cold or warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Top with green onions
  4. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or pita bread.
