Gingerbread Cold Foam Latte

If you love iced coffee even in the winter, this Gingerbread Cold Foam Latte is the perfect way to make your favorite drink feel festive for the holidays. It’s made with a cozy homemade gingerbread syrup packed with cinnamon, ginger, and warm spices, then topped with a fluffy, lightly sweetened gingerbread cold foam that tastes like a spoonful of Christmas. It’s refreshing, cozy, and incredibly easy to make—proof that you don’t need a hot drink to get all the holiday vibes. This is the kind of latte you’ll crave on those sunny December afternoons or during a marathon of holiday errands.

What makes this drink so good is the contrast of flavors and textures: bold, chilled coffee on the bottom and creamy, spiced cold foam on top. As the foam melts into the cold brew, it creates the perfect balance of sweetness and spice in every sip. The homemade gingerbread syrup brings all the nostalgic holiday flavor without being overpowering, and the cold foam gives it that trendy, coffee-shop-at-home feel. This Gingerbread Cold Foam Latte adds instant holiday cheer. Enjoy!
