I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

#DOSTUFF

Cookie butter has a very specific kind of hold on people and if you know, you know. The warm spiced Biscoff flavor is so uniquely cozy and addictive that I wanted to find every possible way to feature it during the holiday season. This cookie butter dip is five minutes, six ingredients, and the thing that disappears fastest off every holiday table I put it on. Creamy, sweet, warm with cinnamon and vanilla, and so deeply flavored with that signature cookie butter taste that people immediately ask what is in it before they have even finished their first dip.

The cream cheese base is what gives this dip that rich, thick, almost cheesecake-like consistency that makes it feel substantial and special rather than thin and one dimensional. Whipped together with the cookie butter until completely smooth and then lightened slightly with a splash of heavy cream, it hits the perfect texture for dipping without being so thick that things break trying to get through it. The powdered sugar adds just enough sweetness, the cinnamon adds warmth, and the vanilla rounds everything out into a dip that tastes like it belongs on a holiday dessert board at a really good party.

Top it with crushed Biscoff cookies, a drizzle of melted cookie butter, or both, and then surround it with every dipper you can find. Gingersnap cookies, Biscoff cookies, pretzels, apple slices, vanilla wafers, graham crackers — everything is good with this dip and that is truly not an exaggeration. The sweet and salty pretzel situation is a personal favorite and the gingersnaps are genuinely one of the best flavor combinations I have stumbled on all holiday season.

This cookie butter dip is the recipe for last minute holiday gatherings, Christmas movie nights, cookie exchange spreads, or any December moment when you need something that looks and tastes impressive but comes together before the movie even starts. Make it the day before and keep it in the fridge for up to four days — it actually gets better as it sits and the flavors meld together. Five minutes of work and a dip that everyone talks about. December needs this one on your table.
