Frozen yogurt drops are one of the best healthy toddler snacks you can keep stocked in your freezer, and the reason they work so well is because they feel like a treat without being one. Greek yogurt brings protein and probiotics, raspberries bring natural sweetness and antioxidants, and the frozen texture makes them feel like a little frozen dessert that you can hand to your kids completely guilt free. They’re also the perfect teething snack for babies since the cold helps with soreness and they melt quickly so there’s no choking risk. Win, win, win.
The best part about this healthy frozen yogurt snack is how customizable it is. Swap raspberries for blueberries, strawberries, or mango depending on what you have on hand. Use flavored yogurt if you want a little extra sweetness, or keep it plain and let the fruit do the work. You can even use a dairy free yogurt alternative to make these completely dairy free. However you make them they come together the same way: stir, pipe, freeze, done.
Make a big batch on Sunday and keep them in an airtight container in the freezer all week. They are the easiest grab and go healthy snack for toddlers, kids, and honestly adults too. I’ve eaten more than a few straight from the freezer while standing in the kitchen and I have zero regrets about it.
