I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

#DOSTUFF

If you grew up watching Toy Story, this one’s for you. Toy Story 5 is finally here this week and honestly, I can’t think of a better excuse to make something a little magical in the kitchen. Willa is still a little young to fully appreciate Woody and Buzz, but I have a feeling this is about to become one of our favorite movie night traditions — and this smoothie is the perfect way to kick it off.

This smoothie is giving full Andy’s room wallpaper vibes. Bright blue sky, fluffy white clouds, completely iconic. I recreated it in smoothie form with a gorgeous blue base and little white cloud dollops made with greek yogurt designed right onto the cup. It looks like something straight out of Pixar and honestly took maybe five extra minutes to make. The kind of thing that makes a Tuesday feel like a little celebration.

The smoothie itself is creamy, fruity, and naturally that perfect sky blue… no food dye needed. I used a blend of banana, peach, pineapple, and blue spirulina to get that color, and yes, I snuck in some riced cauliflower too. You absolutely cannot taste it, I promise. The greek yogurt clouds add a little tang on top and honestly make this feel like a dessert you can serve at 8am without guilt.

Whether you’re hosting a Toy Story 5 watch party, making a special after-school snack, or just need a reason to do something fun in the kitchen this week — this smoothie is it. To infinity and beyond, and all that. Let’s make it.

Toy Story Smoothie

A creamy blue smoothie made with banana, peach, pineapple, and a hidden serving of riced cauliflower, topped with greek yogurt clouds to look just like the iconic Andy's room wallpaper. Perfect for Toy Story 5 week!
Prep Time 32 minutes
Course Breakfast, Drinks, Snack
Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • cup frozen pineapple
  • cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • ½ tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • greek yogurt (for decorating the cup)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Using a small spatula or spoon, use greek yogurt to make cloud shapes in the inside of your cup.
  • Pour smoothie into cup and enjoy!

Notes

The riced cauliflower is completely tasteless once blended — it just adds fiber, nutrients, and a little extra creaminess. Frozen is best. For extra thickness, make sure all your fruit is frozen before blending. The greek yogurt clouds hold their shape best if you serve right away.
