I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

#DOSTUFF

Four ingredients and five minutes is genuinely all that stands between you and the coziest fall latte you will make all season. This maple cinnamon latte is the drink I turn to the second the weather starts shifting and I want my morning coffee to feel like more than just caffeine. Real maple syrup and warm cinnamon stirred right into the bottom of your mug before the espresso even goes in, then frothed milk poured over the top. Simple, cozy, and so much better than anything you could order at a drive through.

What makes maple syrup such a perfect coffee sweetener is that it does not just add sweetness the way regular sugar does. It adds a rich, almost caramel-like depth that pairs with espresso in this really natural, layered way. The cinnamon adds warmth that makes the whole drink feel like a hug in a mug and the two together create a fall flavor combination that is classic for a reason. No fancy syrups, no special equipment, just real ingredients you already have in your kitchen.

This latte works hot or iced depending on the kind of fall day you are having. Hot on a crisp morning when you want something warming before you start your day. Iced on one of those early fall afternoons that is still too warm for a hot drink but you are already in the mood for something that tastes like sweater weather. Both versions come together in exactly the same way, just adjust the milk temperature and pour over ice at the end. Either way it takes five minutes and tastes like a coffee shop specialty.

Make it once and it becomes the drink you reach for on autopilot every fall morning. The kind of recipe you memorize after the second time you make it because it is that simple and that satisfying. Maple cinnamon latte season starts now and I am very glad you are
