Cookie Butter Egg Nog Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbs cookie butter
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1/2 cup egg nog
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • cinnamon for dusting

Directions:

  1. Put 1 Tbs cookie butter into a microwave safe mug and heat until melty and smooth (about 30 seconds)
  2. Pour 2 shots of espresso over the cookie butter and stir to make a caramely base.
  3. Pour egg nog and milk into a milk jug and froth or heat in the microwave and froth with a hand frother.
  4. Pour on top of cookie butter espresso.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
