Smoothies are my go to, to pack in nutrients and protein in a quick and delicious way. On days when you’re craving something sweet but also want to hit your goals, smoothies are the perfect solution that leave you feeling fueled and satisfied.
This blueberry muffin smoothie tastes every bit as good as the scrumptious breakfast baked good. The oats, cinnamon and vanilla give it that warm, just out of the oven coziness and the tartness of the blueberries gives it an extra pop to brighten your day. I hope you love it!

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 3 frozen coconut cream cubes
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- splash of vanilla
- 1-1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. (If you’re sharing with your kiddo then blend first before adding protein powder, pour theirs into a cup and then add powder and blend again.)
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to your favorite cup and enjoy!
