It’s no secret I’m a Creami fanatic and this recipe is one I keep coming back to again and again. It’s the perfect vanilla-y base in my opinion that can go so many different directions with the right mix ins. Today I’m keeping it simple and giving you a classic Cake Batter Protein ice cream but get creative and add cookie dough, OREOs, berries or biscoff cookies!

This truly tastes like a celebration in a pint and has 30g of protein. ENJOY!

Cake Batter Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 12oz milk
  • 1 scoop Cake Batter Protein Powder (I use Clean Simple Eats and NICOLERENARD will get you a discount!)
  • 1 Tbs vanilla pudding mix
  • splash of vanilla

Optional: sprinkles for mix-ins

Directions:

  1. In a blender bottle, combine milk, protein powder, pudding mix and vanilla. Shake vigorously until smooth.
  2. Pour into your Creami pint and freeze overnight or at least 24 hours.
  3. Process on CreamiFit or Lite ice cream and add a splash of liquid and reprocess if needed.
  4. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
