Banana Sushi

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 banana
  • 3 Tbs nut butter

optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, granola, shredded coconut

Directions:

  2. Sprinkle any toppings over the peanut butter if desired.
  3. Place peeled banana at the end of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
