Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla or birthday cake protein powder
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop Pendulum Gut Fuel fiber
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 Tbs sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except sprinkles to a 16oz mason jar.
  • Seal the lid and shake well until everything is combined.
  • Place in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid.
  • Stir in sprinkles just before eating and enjoy!

Notes

Notes: Stir in your sprinkles right before eating, not the night before — they'll bleed color into the oats if they sit overnight. The Pendulum Gut Fuel is completely tasteless and blends right in. Use code NICOLE20 for 20% off. Oats keep in the fridge for up to 4 days — just add a splash of milk and stir before eating if they've thickened up.
