Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

Okay so hear me out — birthday cake for breakfast, but make it actually good for you. These birthday cake overnight oats have been on rotation in our house lately and i am genuinely obsessed. We’re talking protein, healthy fats from chia seeds and flax, and the secret ingredient that makes them so much more than just a pretty breakfast.

I’ve been adding a scoop of Pendulum Gut Fuel fiber to these and it has been a total game changer. Most of us aren’t getting anywhere close to our daily fiber intake (guilty), and this makes it so easy because it’s completely tasteless — you literally cannot tell it’s in there. It just blends right in while doing all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Birthday cake flavor, good-for-you ingredients, and fiber you actually want to eat. yes, really. Enjoy!

Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

Birthday cake for breakfast that's actually good for you. Rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, flax, and a scoop of fiber that blends in completely undetected. Shake it together the night before and wake up to a creamy, protein packed breakfast that tastes like dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla or birthday cake protein powder
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop Pendulum Gut Fuel fiber
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 Tbs sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except sprinkles to a 16oz mason jar.
  • Seal the lid and shake well until everything is combined.
  • Place in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid.
  • Stir in sprinkles just before eating and enjoy!

Notes

Notes: Stir in your sprinkles right before eating, not the night before — they’ll bleed color into the oats if they sit overnight. The Pendulum Gut Fuel is completely tasteless and blends right in. Use code NICOLE20 for 20% off. Oats keep in the fridge for up to 4 days — just add a splash of milk and stir before eating if they’ve thickened up.
