Cheesy Chex Party Mix
A bold, buttery, ranch seasoned snack mix made with Chex cereal, pretzels, oyster crackers, and goldfish crackers. Toss it together in minutes, bake until golden and crispy, and you've got a crowd pleasing party snack that's impossible to stop eating. Perfect for game day, holidays, road trips, or anytime you need a big batch snack that everyone loves.
Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat chex
- 2 cups dots pretzels or other pretzels
- 2 cups goldfish I use mini
- 1 cup oyster crackers I also used the mini ones
- 6 Tbs butter melted
- 1 tsp ground mustard powder
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine chex, pretzels, goldfish and crackers in a large bowl.
- Drizzle melted butter over the mixture and sprinkle seasonings and cheese on top.
- Toss to combine.
- Spread out the mix on a large baking sheet and bake for 20-30 min on 300F.
- Let cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
