Garlic Butter Pizza Rolls
Garlic butter pizza rolls made by splitting store bought pizza dough into twelve sections, pressing flat, filling with pizza sauce, a section of string cheese, and mini pepperonis, pinching closed, placing in a greased muffin tin, and brushing with garlic herb butter before baking at 400 degrees for fifteen minutes. Golden, puffy, cheesy, and ready in under thirty minutes for the easiest and most crowd pleasing pizza night upgrade.

- 1 premade pizza dough
- 6 tbs pizza sauce (roughly)
- 4 string cheese
- 6 tbs mini pepperonis
For the Garlic Butter:
- 3 tbs butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp italian seasoning
Preheat your oven to 400℉ and grease a muffin tin.
Divide your premade pizza dough into 12 equal sections.
Cut string cheese sticks into 12 pieces (3 pieces per stick)
Flatten one of the sections of dough out and spread ½ tbs pizza sauce on it (stay away from the edges) I just use a small spoon to put a dollop on the top it doesn't have to be exact.
Place one section of string cheese on top of the sauce and top with a few mini pepperonis.
Take the ends of the pizza dough and bring them up and together, wrapping all the fillings up and pinch the edges closed.
Place the roll seam side down into the muffin tin and repeat with the remaining dough sections.
in a microwave safe bowl, combine butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning and mix until smooth.
Brush melted garlic herb butter onto the tops of each roll and bake for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Enjoy immediately!
